Correspondence. If you contact us, we process your name, contact details and any other personal information contained in your message in order to respond and handle the matter you raise. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who approach us and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement.

Investment dialogue and due diligence. In relation to companies, investors and other counterparties, we may process contact details, professional information and other personal data relevant to evaluating, executing, managing or exiting investments and exercising our ownership responsibilities.

Our legitimate interests include evaluating investment opportunities, conducting transactions, maintaining business and investor relationships, managing portfolio companies and exercising ownership rights. We may also process personal data where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering, accounting and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Sources of information. We generally obtain personal data directly from you or through our interactions with you. In connection with investment activities and due diligence, we may also obtain personal data from companies, investors, advisers and other counterparties, as well as from publicly available sources, registers and databases.

Website use. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and be delivered securely. Our hosting and technical service providers may process standard technical connection data, including IP addresses, where necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.

We share personal data only where necessary for the purposes described in this notice. Recipients may include IT and hosting suppliers acting as processors on our behalf, professional advisers, banks and other transaction counterparties, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not use personal data collected through this website for advertising.
